STS has been our IT provider for the past 6 years. They are very professional and timely. We really appreciate their ticketing system because it makes it really easy to report issues. They are extremely fast at making sure those issues are taken care of. They are in charge of our network and security here at our school and we are very satisfied with the customer service.  They have friendly employees who are always willing to help. They take really good care of us.
